QUICK FIVE-MINUTE BREAKFAST RECIPE –
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day after taking a long hibernation that our body stays in the nights, one should have to take something for their breakfast which gives us energy and relieves from the periodic craving, most importantly fuels your body from all the nutrients that you required to start a day, here I am listing some of the simple and quick Indian breakfast recipe that you should to kick start your day with some healthy and tasty breakfast
RAWA UPMA –
Is one of my favorite dishes to start a day, Rava Upam is one of the most loved and known dish south Indian dishes which is cooked with vegetables and roasted nuts in the Rava.
Recipe:
A cup of Soji [Rava], one finely chopped onion, one finely chopped tomato [or if you like you can any vegetable you want like carrot or beans the more the vegetable the tastier and healthier the dish will be] .one finely chopped green chili, one teaspoon chana dal and urad dal, grated ginger, mustard seed, cumin seed, curry leaves, 2.5 cups of water, ghee and salt
Preparation:
Roast one cup in the pan by adding some ghee too, turn off the flame before your suji starts turning out to be brown. keep this aside for a while.
take another pan, add some ghee or oil to it and then add some 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, mustard seeds along with urad dal and chana dal.
add some chopped vegetables to it, sauté the vegetable for a few minutes and add ginger paste and chilly.
Add 2.5 cups of water and salt. Leave it on a medium flame and wait for the water to start boiling up.
Once the water comes to a rolling boil, slowly start adding Rava to the pan. Keep stirring the whole time.
and Rava Upam is ready to serve with some coconut chutney or any chutney of your choice
